Returns & Exchanges

At FITREAK, we stand by the quality of our performance gear and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items. We want to ensure you have the perfect fit for your training, so we have made our recovery process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging with all FITREAK tags attached to ensure they remain in peak condition during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your gear, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
